I have been in the Hospitality Industry for the past 22 years. I trained as a chef and completed various management courses. Before deciding to start my own business in 2008, I worked for a catering company that specialised in golf course catering. I was in charge of Boschenmeer Golf Estate and my daily duties included the running of a halfway house, a small deli restaurant, function venue that could accommodate up to 350 pax and a members bar.

I was also involved in the planning of big events such as the Cultavaria Long Table, Madibas 90th Birthday party at Groot Drakenstein Prison and many big corporate golf days, clients included BMW South Africa, Mercedes Benz, Revlon, Plascon, Bokomo, Distell and Die Burger.
